DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion to consolidate, for extension of time to perfect appeals and for order directing Sullivan County Clerk's Office to forward to this Court documents sealed by Supreme Court by orders dated May 25, 2016 and July 28, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to November 13, 2017, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an order directing the Sullivan County Clerk's Office to forward to this Court the documents sealed by Supreme Court is granted, without costs, and the Clerk's Office shall forward said documents to this Court on or before November 28, 2017.
