The petition by the defendant Mark Development, LLC, for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 150 Conn.App. 831, 93 A.3d 617, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Meriden erroneously granted a variance to Mark Development, LLC?”
