MARK ANTHONY CARUSO & LISA ANN CARUSO, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On October 26, 2022, the parties filed for the Court's consideration a document titled "Stipulation Proposed Stipulated Decision" and a Proposed Stipulated Decision. A review of the "Stipulation Proposed Stipulated Decision" discloses that it does not include the Statement of Account (Form 3623) that should be attached to that document.

Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Stipulation Proposed Stipulated Decision and Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed October 26, 2022, are stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 23, 2022, the parties shall file for the Court's consideration revised proposed stipulated decision documents.
