ORDER

Appellant has filed a notice of appeal complaining of the trial court's denial of his motion for judgment nunc pro tunc in the above trial court number. The Court questions whether it has jurisdiction over the appeal but can make no determination based on the documents before us.

Accordingly, we ORDER the Dallas County District Clerk to file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, a clerk's record that contain all of the documents appellant has filed in the above trial court number since November 15, 2017 as well as any orders or correspondence from the trial court since November 15, 2017. After the Court has received the clerk's record, it will determine its jurisdiction over the appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; Aaron Earl Carter; and the Dallas County District Attorney's Office.
