VERNON CARTER Petitioner(s) v. STATE OF FLORIDA Respondent(s)

Petitioner has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus. To the extent the petition seeks to compel the Fourth District Court of Appeal to rule in case numbers 4D11-4687 and 4D11-4688, it is dismissed as moot. To the extent the petition raises other claims, petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to the relief requested. Accordingly, the petition is denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So. 2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000). PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, and PERRY, JJ., concur. A True Copy
