After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court


This Court's judgment in Carter v. State, [Ms. CR-98-1976, August 31, 2001] 843 So.2d 807 (Ala.Crim.App. 2001), reversing Triona Carter's convictions for intentional murder and manslaughter and remanding the case for a new trial, has been reversed by the Alabama Supreme Court inCarter v. State, [Ms. 1010251, May 17, 2002] 843 So.2d 812 (Ala. 2002). Pursuant to the Supreme Court's opinion, we now affirm Carter's convictions.

AFFIRMED.
