Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff as a result of the defendant's negligence, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Ballen, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for default against the defendant for failure to appear and rendered judgment thereon; subsequently, the court, Katz, J., denied the defendant's motion to open the judgment, and the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
