ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS

Upon consideration of the petition for writ of habeas corpus filed on May 24, 2023, and the record, Petitioner has not presented a special reason for this court to invoke its original jurisdiction. See Hawai'i Revised Statutes (HRS) § 804-9; Oili v. Chang, 57 Haw. 411, 412, 557 P.2d 787, 788 (1976); see also HRS § 804-3.

It is ordered that the petition is denied.
