DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated June 29, 2018 appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel, to be represented by Amanda FiggsGanter, Esq. By letter dated September 24, 2018 by Ms. FiggsGanter, she requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated October 31, 2018, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated November 7, 2018, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by December 7, 2018. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.

Garry, P.J., Devine, Clark and Rumsey, JJ., concur.
