Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion to Stay Proceedings, filed February 15, 2023. On March 3, 2023, petitioner filed a response to respondent's motion, and on March 23, 2023, respondent filed a reply to petitioner's response. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Stay Proceedings, filed February 15, 2023, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the April 17, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are directed on or before January 16, 2024, to file with the Court joint or separate written reports as to the then current status of this case.
