An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 25, 2019, granting plaintiff's motion for summary judgment, And defendant/plaintiff-appellant having moved for a stay of all proceedings and of the enforcement of the ensuing judgment of the same court, entered against him on or about April 11, 2019, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, and the interim relief granted by the order of a Justice of this Court, dated May 10, 2019, is vacated.
