William S. CARSON, Sr., Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., Appellee/Respondent(s).

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

As it does not appear that that the issue on appeal as raised by the appellant in the trial court concerns personal jurisdiction, this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.

The appellee's motion for extension of time to serve the answer brief is denied as moot.

The appellee's motion for attorney's fees is granted to the extent that the appellee may seek entitlement to appellate attorney's fees from the trial court.

Appellee's motion to dismiss appeal is denied as moot.
