Carson v. Colonial Plastics

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Nov 5, 1985
477 So. 2d 1082 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1985)

Opinion

No. BC-36.

November 5, 1985.

Appeal from an order of Deputy Commissioner Louis F. Tidwell.

Lorin J. Lee and Rainey C. Booth, of Booth Walborsky, Tallahassee, for appellant.

Jeffrey R. Fuller, of Williams, Brasfield, Wertz, Fuller Lamb, P.A., St. Petersburg, for appellees.

We find there is competent substantial evidence to support the deputy's order and therefore Affirm. However, we do not rule on any issue regarding appellant's right to dental treatment since such issue is not appropriately before us.

NIMMONS and ZEHMER, JJ., and MCCORD, G. (Ret.), Associate Judge, concur.
