Transfer of Case From the Fifth Court of Appeals to the Fifteenth Court of Appeals
The following case filed on or after September 1, 2023, has been identified by the Fifth Court of Appeals as within the exclusive intermediate appellate jurisdiction of the Court of Appeals for the Fifteenth Court of Appeals District, and the Fifteenth Court of Appeals agrees. Thus, in accordance with Act of May 21, 2023, 88th Leg., R.S. ch. 459 (S.B. 1045), and Texas Government Code S.Ct. on 73.001(a), the following case is hereby transferred to the Fifteenth Court of Appeals:
