ORDER

On the Court's own motion, appellant is ORDERED, within 14 days after the date of this order, to file a supplemental brief addressing the issues specified in the July 16, 2021 order of the Michigan Supreme Court, specifically: (1) Did the appellate commission violate MCL 418.861a(3) when it reversed the magistrate's finding of a work-related injury? and (2) Did the appellate commission misapply the legal standard articulated by the Supreme Court in Rakestraw v General Dynamics Land System, 469 Mich. 220 (2003), in finding that the plaintiff failed to demonstrate a work-related injury? Appellees may file a supplemental brief in response within seven days after service of appellant's supplemental brief.
