On June 21, 2024 appellant tendered an incomplete brief along with an extension motion. We granted the motion and ordered the brief be filed. On July 5, 2024, appellant filed an amended brief that was complete. In response, this Court notified appellant that she needed to file an extension motion for the amended brief. Before the Court is appellant's July 8, 2024 response seeking clarification as to why she needs to file a further extension motion. The Court construed the June 21 extension motion as relating to the brief tendered on that date. We now construe appellant's July 8 response as a motion for extension of time to file the amended brief. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the amended brief tendered to this Court on July 5, 2024 be filed as of the date of this order.
