ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion to withdraw as counsel filed June 26, 2024, is hereby recharacterized as the Commissioner's motion to withdraw counsel by party. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion to withdraw counsel by party is granted, in that Robert C. Teutsch is hereby withdrawn as counsel for the Commissioner in this case.
