On September 17, 2021, the parties and the Court conferred by means of a recorded conference call. For reasons appearing in the transcript of that conference call, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 20, 2021, the parties shall file a joint report setting forth, based upon a diligent search conducted by the parties, the names, mailing addresses, and telephone numbers of the children, if any, of petitioner Jacquie Carroll and nonparty Arthur P. Carroll through their marriage, or through any other (previous) marriage. Finally, the joint report shall address whether any guardian, conservator, or other like fiduciary has been appointed to represent the interests of petitioner Jacquie Carroll in this case.
