Upon due consideration of the Motion for Entry of Decision, filed April 25, 2022, by respondent in the above-docketed matter, wherein respondent seeks to settle this case on the basis of a greatly reduced deficiency and no penalty, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 17, 2023, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's just-referenced motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and entry of a decision in the instant case or other appropriate action by this Court. Alternatively, the parties may file a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this proceeding.
