Petitioner-respondent having applied for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on March 26, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the certification of Timothy J. Kirwan, Esq., filed November 14, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Charles J. Greenberg, Esq., 3840 East Robinson Road, Suite 318, Amherst, New York 14228-2001, is hereby assigned as counsel for petitioner-respondent herein and may submit ten copies of respondent's brief reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529, and

It is further ORDERED that petitioner-respondent submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before December 31, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
