An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on December 12, 2012, and respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his reply brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of James S. Hinman, Esq., dated July 15, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Ardeth L. Houde, Esq., dated July 18, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that respondent-appellant submit ten copies of his reply brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before August 11, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
