This case is set for trial at the Court's November 14, 2022, Chicago, Illinois, trial session. Respondent's status report filed October 21, 2022, explains that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and requests 30 days to submit a proposed stipulated decision.

It is therefore

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the November 14, 2022, Chicago, Illinois, session of the Court and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that on or before November 21, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report.
