The "Notice" to Amend Additional Plaintiffs [filed November 8, 2012; docket #46] and "Notice" to Amend Additional Plaintiffs [filed November 8, 2012; docket #48] are denied without prejudice for failure to comply with Fed. R. Civ. P. 11 and 15. At this stage of the litigation, no Defendant has filed an answer or other response; therefore, the Plaintiffs may file an Amended Complaint naming additional parties without leave of court. However, the Amended Complaint must be signed by all Plaintiffs named in the action.
