R. Civ. P. 11 and 15. At this stage of the litigation, no Defendant has filed an answer or other response; therefore, the Plaintiffs may file an Amended Complaint naming additional parties without leave of court. However, the Amended Complaint must be signed by all Plaintiffs named in the action.
