ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

This case is currently set for trial at the Court's October 3, 2022, Phoenix, Arizona trial session. On September 8, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. In the motion respondent advises that petitioners' counsel, Gary Lynn Fletcher, has been unresponsive. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 27, 2022, the parties should show cause why Mr. Fletcher should not be withdrawn from this case. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court serve a copy of this Order on petitioners at their address of record.

The parties are reminded that withdrawal of counsel or new counsel is ordinarily not a ground for continuance.
