ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge

This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's September 19, 2022, Los Angeles, California trial session.

On August 29, 2022, respondent filed a Pre-Trial Memorandum stating that the parties are working towards a probable settlement. On September 8, 2022, the Court held a telephone conference with the parties. Petitioners requested additional time to provide the requested substantiation documents to respondent for review. At the conclusion of telephone conference, petitioners made an informal request for a continuance.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the Court's September 19, 2022, Los Angeles, California trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 7, 2022, petitioners shall provide to respondent for his consideration all substantiation documents concerning the issues raised in the notice of deficiency, dated December 28, 2020. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 21, 2022, the parties shall file either a proposed stipulated decision or a status report (preferably a joint report) detailing the then-present status of the case.
