Present — Finch, P.J., Merrell, Martin, Sherman and Townley, JJ.; Martin, J., dissents and votes to reverse and grant new trial unless plaintiff stipulate to reduce the judgment as entered to the sum of $5,155.10, on the ground that the damages are grossly excessive.


Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
