This case was scheduled for trial at the Court's Philadelphia session beginning April 18, 2021; but on April 11, 2021, the Court held a telephone conference with the parties during which counsel for the Commissioner requested a continuance. Petitioner Ernesto Elias Carrera agreed. The Court advised Mr. Carrera that he should not expect any further continuance, and that he should immediately obtain the information that is needed in order to resolve the remaining issues in this case.
