ORDER

The complaint for writ of mandamus is DENIED. Where plaintiff has the option of filing a successive motion for relief from judgment under Subchapter 6.500 of the Michigan Court Rules, plaintiff has an adequate legal remedy, Berry v Garrett, 316 Mich.App. 37, 41; 890 N.W.2d 882 (2016), and a writ should not issue, Keaton v Village of Beverly Hills, 202 Mich.App. 681, 683; 509 N.W.2d 544 (1993).
