ORDER

CHRISTIAN N. WEILER JUDGE.

This case is calendared for trial commencing on Monday, April 8, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee. On February 8, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, along with Declarations of Teshawna Woods and Jordan Grace in support thereto. The motion informs the Court that respondent attempted to contact petitioner without success and petitioner's views regarding the granting of the motion are unknown.

Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall file a written response on or before March 8, 2024, to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment shall be set for contradictory hearing on Monday, April 8, 2024, at the Court's Nashville, Tennessee trial session, to commence at 10:00a.m. (local time), immediately following calendar call, in Room C650, Estes Kefauver Courthouse, 801 Broadway, Nashville, Tennessee 37203.

This order constitutes official notice of the contradictory hearing to the parties.
