Pending before the Court is petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision, filed February 20, 2023. On June 6, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision, resolving the dispute over the underlying tax liability that is the subject of this proceeding.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced motion is granted in that the Court will enter a stipulated decision in this case in due course.
