In this original proceeding pursuant to Eminent Domain Procedure Law §207, petitioners having moved for a stay of the proceeding pursuant to CPLR § 2201 pending the hearing and determination of the appeal in County Court, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks to stay this proceeding, and
It is further ORDERED that the proceeding is removed from the term of this Court commencing October 16, 2023, and added to the term commencing November 27, 2023.
