ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On March 29, 2023, Arthur W. Petersen III, counsel for respondent, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel in the above-docketed matter. The Motion states that that Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen will continue to serve as counsel for respondent in this proceeding; however, Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen has not entered an appearance in this case and did not sign the Answer filed herein.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 10, 2023, Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen shall file a proper entry of appearance in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen. It is further

ORDERED that action on the above-referenced Motion to Withdraw as Counsel shall be held in abeyance pending further direction by the Court.
