This Court has granted the Motion for Default Judgment by Plaintiffs CARPENTERS SOUTHWEST ADMINISTRATIVE CORPORATION, and BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE CARPENTERS SOUTHWEST TRUSTS (collectively "PLAINTIFFS") against Defendant PACIFICA INSULATION COMPANY, INC.
