On August 10, 2021, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that petitioner failed to pay the Court's filing fee. On August 18, 2021, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision.

After due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered August 10, 2021, is hereby vacated and set aside.
