Upon due consideration of respondent's motion to withdraw as counsel, filed January 10, 2022, requesting that Marty J. Dama be permitted to withdraw as respondent's counsel in this case, it appearing that petitioner has no objection to the granting of the motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted and Marty J. Dama is withdrawn as respondent's counsel in this case.
