ORDER


For the reasons set forth in the memorandum opinion filed contemporaneously herewith,

IT IS ORDERED that Defendant's motion to stay Plaintiff's action pending arbitration and to compel Plaintiff to submit to arbitration [Doc. #2] is GRANTED, and this action is STAYED pending arbitration.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties proceed forthwith to arbitration according to the contract between the parties and report to the court within 120 days the status of the proceedings.
