It is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED that all claims asserted by Defendant/Third-Party Plaintiff R L Brown Associates, Inc. against Matrix Engineering Group, Inc. and Nannis Associates, Inc. are hereby dismissed without prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs.
