ORDER


A Consent Stipulation to extend time for plaintiffs to respond to defendants' Heery/Mitchell, a Joint Venture, Heery International, Inc. and E.R. Mitchell Company's motion for summary judgment and to extend time for defendants' Heery/Mitchell, a Joint Venture, Heery International, Inc. and E.R. Mitchell Company's to respond to plaintiff's Request for Admissions in the above styled action and the Court having reviewed and considered said consent stipulation,

It is hereby ORDERED that the Consent Stipulation is APPROVED and plaintiffs shall have to and including 3/1/06 to file a response to the above named defendant's motion for summary judgment and the above named defendants shall have to and including 2/24/06 to respond to plaintiff's Request for Admissions.

SO ORDERED.
