During the course of trial in this case during the Court's Boston, Massachusetts special trial session that began the week of June 10, 2024, the Court decided to seal Exhibit 1002-R, which was attached to the Commissioner's proposed trial exhibits filed June 3, 2024. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's proposed trial exhibits 1000-R thru 1024-R [Doc. 147] filed on June 3, 2024, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall be placed under seal, thus rendered not viewable as part of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's proposed trial exhibit 1002-R [Doc. 151] is sealed from public view and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court.
