ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

On March 20, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report, which provided an update as to the outstanding subpoena served on Charles Darby III. In summary, the status report indicated that Mr. Darby's assistant and bookkeeper have stated that they have provided all the documents they could locate to the Commissioner. Furthermore, the Commissioner indicated that he intends to obtain an affidavit as to the efforts made in searching for those documents. We will direct the Commissioner to file another status report apprising us as to this affidavit and whether his motion for document subpoena hearing filed December 15, 2023, is therefore moot. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 15, 2024, the Commissioner shall file a status report with the Court.
