ORDER

On December 15, 2024, the Commissioner filed a motion for document subpoena hearing requesting that the Court schedule another remote special hearing session in January 2024 or schedule a conference call to discuss the status of Charles Darby III's outstanding subpoena.

On January 5, 2024, the Court held a conference call with the parties. During the conference call, the Court allowed the Commissioner to file a status report regarding the outstanding subpoena issued to Mr. Darby. On January 16, 2024, the Commissioner filed his status report indicating that Mr. Darby requested an extension until January 24, 2024, to comply with the subpoena. We will direct the Commissioner to file another status report to apprise the Court on whether or not Mr. Darby has complied with the subpoena. For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 27, 2024, the Commissioner shall file a status report apprising the Court of the status of the outstanding subpoena issued to Mr. Darby.
