Order denying motion of defendants John R. Bares, Joseph D. Bares and Alfred F. Horn, copartners etc., for summary judgment dismissing the complaint of the plaintiff, Lucille J. Carney, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
