Opinion

No. 89-03451.

March 2, 1990.

Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the Circuit Court for Pinellas County; Robert F. Michael, Judge.

Mark J. Upton of Brown, Hudgens, Richardson, P.C., Mobile, Ala., and S. Keith McKinney, Jr. of Broida Napier, P.A., St. Petersburg, for petitioner.

William F. Blews of William F. Blews, P.A., St. Petersburg, for respondent.

Petitioner filed a petition for writ of mandamus which we treat as a petition for writ of certiorari. After reviewing the petition, the response, the reply, and the appendices, we have determined that no departure from the essential requirements of law has been demonstrated, and accordingly, the petition is denied.
