Carnavil v. Pines of Delray Ass'n

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
May 12, 1982
413 So. 2d 872 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1982)

Opinion

No. 81-2407.

May 12, 1982.

Non-Final Appeal from Circuit Court, Palm Beach County; R. William Rutter, Jr., Judge.

Herbert Stettin of Lapidus Stettin, P.A., Miami, for appellants.

David St. John of Powell, Tennyson St. John, P.A., West Palm Beach, for appellees.

Affirmed.

HERSEY and WALDEN, JJ., concur.

LETTS, C.J., concurs specially with opinion.

While I would not express it in as strong terms as have the Appellees, I see no efficacy in this appeal. Were time less of an enemy, I would pause to elaborate and it is tempting to do so. Yet, to succumb would be contributing to that which has already occupied too much time.
