This case is presently calendared for trial at the June 3, 2024, Portland, Maine, Trial Session of the Court.

On March 6, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion for Continuance (motion). Respondent's views on the granting of the motion were unknown. By Order served March 7, 2023, the Court directed respondent, on or before March 21, 2023, to file a written notice setting forth any objections to petitioners' motion. On March 16, 2023, respondent filed a Notice of No Objection to Motion for Continuance indicating he does not object to petitioners' motion.

By Order served March 17, 2023, petitioners' motion was granted, the case was stricken from the trial session and continued generally.

The Court has attempted to schedule a conference call with the parties to determine the status of the case, but petitioners have failed to respond. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 20, 2024, respondent shall file a status report detailing the then-current status of this case.
