This case is presently calendared for trial on the Court's March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session. On January 26, 2022, respondent filed a motion for continuance asking the Court to restore this case to the general docket. Respondent's motion informs the Court that petitioner does not object to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration and for good cause shown, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken from the March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session and is continued generally.
