Appeal from interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 18, 1970, dismissed. Said judgment was superseded by the interlocutory judgment of said court dated March 25, 1970. One bill of costs is awarded respondents for both appeals. Hopkins, Acting P.J., Gulotta, Christ, Brennan and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
