RADIO, § 2evidence sustaining right to accounting as owner of interest in radio serial show. In plaintiff's action for accounting as owner of half interest in radio serial show, claimed by defendant as her sole property, held that evidence was sufficient to sustain master's finding for plaintiff, notwithstanding fact that trial judge sustained exceptions to master's report and dismissed complaint for want of equity. (O'CONNOR, J., dissents.)

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. HARRY M. FISHER, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the December term, 1944.
