By Order served April 17, 2023, the Court remanded this collection due process case to the Internal Revenue Service Independent Office of Appeals for further consideration. On July 13, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report. Attached thereto is a copy of a supplemental notice of determination concerning collection action issued to petitioner.
