Opinion

Gen. No. 41,634. (Abstract of Decision.)

EQUITY, § 66laches. Where plaintiffs had conveyed property by deed, they had no interest in it except as owners of common certificates of beneficial interest issued under a reorganization plan which they had approved, original trust deed had been released of record and bonds canceled and for five years no steps were taken to foreclose trust deed, lower court properly found that plaintiffs were guilty of lachhes and estopped from asserting any claim to the property.
